C9 - Center Frequency of Wah, also works in tandem with Lf
R15 - Determines Q
C5 or C7? - Cin. Determines Lows.
R12 - Determine Input Vol, too low = tone suck.
C25 - Cbp, From 4.7uF on up, little effect on sound. As it gets smaller, the sound becomes more of a loudness variation and less of a wah. If this cap is defective, wah pedals sound like volume pedals.
R22 - Rc2
R23 - Re2

Powering guitar effects with higher voltage (as long as the components is capable of operating at such voltage) leads to higher headroom as well as lower noise.
